2. Data collected

ANACMO collects only the data necessary for the purposes described below. No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is requested, and the site carries out no profiling or automated decision-making.

Data you provide to us

• Contact form: last name and first name, company, email address, telephone number, subject and content of your message. Mandatory fields are indicated in the form; the others are optional and serve only to handle your request under better conditions.
• Direct exchanges: the information you provide to us by email, telephone, or post.
• Job applications: the data contained in the CV and cover letter you send us, including on an unsolicited basis.

Data collected automatically

• Server technical logs: IP address, date and time of the request, page viewed, browser type, and operating system. These logs are generated by the host to ensure the operation, security, and incident diagnosis of the site.

Your data is not used for any purpose other than those for which it was collected. It is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Recipients

The data is intended for :

• authorized ANACMO personnel responsible for handling your request
• technical subcontractors acting on behalf of ANACMO and under its instructions, within the limits of what is necessary for their assignment: OVH SAS (hosting of the site and email systems, servers located in France) and, where applicable, the provider carrying out the technical maintenance of the site
• administrative or judicial authorities where required by law
• Cloudflare, Inc., in connection with the Turnstile service that protects the contact form against automated submissions

5. Transfers outside the European Union

The data you send us via the contact form or by email is hosted and processed within the European Union, on infrastructure located in France.

The contact form is protected against automated submissions by the Turnstile service of Cloudflare, Inc., a company established in the United States. When the form is displayed and validated, your IP address and technical information about your browser are transmitted to this provider, for the sole purpose of distinguishing a human visitor from an automated program. This information is not used in any other way and is not used for any advertising tracking.

This transfer is governed by the contractual guarantees provided for in Cloudflare’s data protection addendum, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

No other transfer of personal data outside the European Union is carried out from this site.

6. Retention periods

At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or securely archived where its retention remains required by law.

7. Security

ANACMO implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, and unauthorized access: encryption of communications by TLS certificate (HTTPS protocol), hosting on infrastructure located in France, regular updates of the site and its components, restriction of access to authorized persons only, strengthened authentication of administration accounts, and regular backups.

As no transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, we invite you not to send us confidential information through the contact form.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data :

• right of access : obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy of it
• right to rectification : have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• right to erasure : request the deletion of your data, in the cases provided for by the regulations
• right to restriction of processing
• right to object to processing based on ANACMO’s legitimate interest, for reasons relating to your particular situation
• right to the portability of the data you have provided to us, for processing based on consent or on a contract
• right to set directives concerning the fate of your data after your death

ANACMO responds within one month of receiving the request. This period may be extended by two months if the request is complex or if several requests are being processed, in which case you will be informed. In the event of reasonable doubt about your identity, proof may be requested from you.

9. Cookies and trackers

A cookie is a small file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a site and read again on each visit.

The site anacmo.com places only cookies strictly necessary for its operation and security: session maintenance for people with access to the site’s administration, and a technical token placed by the Turnstile service for the anti-bot verification of the contact form. In accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, these cookies do not require your prior consent.

The site uses no advertising cookies, no social media cookies, and no audience-measurement tool placing consent-based trackers. No browsing data is transmitted to advertising networks.
