Method
ANACMO begins by putting in place a series of procedures designed to guarantee the performance and service life of the installations entrusted to it, following this standard sequence :
Analysis of the type of contamination : grease, paint, varnish, sludge, dust, welding slag, mill scale, corrosion or oxidation; the origin of the contamination (fluid degradation, water, friction, wear) and its effects (seizing, jamming, filter clogging, corrosion).
Job preparation : work zone, equipment to be deployed, analysis of requirements and any constraints, preparation of the circuits to be chemically cleaned.
Degreasing stage : removal by circulation of an alkaline or other solution.
Pickling stage : dissolution and removal of metal oxides by acid treatment (mill scale, deoxidation).
Neutralisation and passivation stage : removal and neutralisation of residual surface acidity to establish passive conversion of the metal.
Preservation : drying, inerting, protection.
Filtration : removal of particles down to the cleanliness class required (ISO, NAS, SAE, GOST, NAV AIR) by manufacturers and/or clients.
Dehydration / hydraulic purification : to the standard (PPM) required by manufacturers and/or producers.
