In addition to its broad experience, the company can leverage on standard inspection equipment such as mobile laboratories (chemistry and hydraulics) as well as the essential equipment for the circulation and filtration of various types of fluids to meet the requirements of applicable standards.

ANACMO’s work includes a preparatory phase where it implements a series of procedures to guarantee the performance and durability of the entrusted systems based on the following standard chronology :

• Analysis of the type (fat muds, paints, varnish sand, dust, slag, calamine, corrosion or oxidation), the origin (deterioration of the fluids, water, friction, wear) and the effects of the pollution (seizing, jamming, clogging of the filters, corrosion)
• Preparation of the work: work area, equipment used, analysis of requirements and potential constraints, preparation of the systems to undergo chemical treatment
• Degreasing phase: removal through the flow of an alkaline or other solution
• Stripping/Pickling phase: dissolving and removal of metal oxides with acid (calamines, deoxidation)
• Neutro-passivation phase: removal and neutralisation of the residual surface acidity to establish the passive conversion of the metal
• Preservation: drying, inerting, protection • Filtration by removing particles until the cleanliness class (ISO, NAS, SAE, GOST, NAV AIR) required by the manufacturer and/or customers is achieved
• Hydraulic dewatering to the standard required (PPM) by manufacturers and/or producers.
